Repair Procedure
Triasx Standard Warrany is for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch. A full copy of the Triasx warranty terms and conditions is included below.
If a product fails under warranty a procedure has been developed to ensure a quick and efficient process is in place to ensure a product is repaired as soon as possible. The a brief outline of the Trias RAN procedure is as follows:
- Complete the attached RAN form
- Email the completed form to Triasx or the designated support center/distributor
- Triasx will reply with a confirmed RAN number, add this to the RAN form. This RAN number can be used as a reference for all ongoing correspondance on the repair
- Return the unit to Triasx or designated support center including a copy of the completed RAN form
Triasx will repair the unit as soon as possible.
